Explore the Wild Side of Prospect Development
Get ready to take a walk on the wild side with your fellow prospect research professionals! Join APRA DC and APRA MD for a wildly informative adventure at the Smithsonian Institution's National Zoo!
Date: Friday, June 13
Time: 10:45am-2:30pm
Register By: Friday, May 30
We’ll start the day with a Q&A with Smithsonian Institution staff, who’ll share how they approach research and fundraising at this unique institution. After our discussion, grab your map and explore the zoo at your own pace, while connecting with peers from across the field. Afterwards, join us for a casual lunch together at Duke’s Counter—just across the street!
For attendees traveling from outside the area, group transportation will be available with pickup and drop-off at two locations: near BWI Airport (exact location TBD) and the College Park Metro Station. Just let us know if you’d like a seat when you RSVP. To ensure costs are not prohibitive for those who would like to attend using the provided transportation, we are offering two options: free and “pay if you can”. For self-transportation, registration is free.
Don’t miss this chance to step out of the office and into the wild to discover new perspectives in prospect research!
