Pushing Boulders Uphill: Managing an Effective Pipeline Building Program
You’ve managed to eke out some time for proactive prospecting, and discovered what by most measures seems like a great suspect. What happens next - is it a Sisyphean task to get the prospect in the pipeline? Or do you have systems and processes in place that kick start the referral process and keep momentum in the pipeline? In this session, we will touch on the principles of sound prospecting, examine some of the challenges we face keeping the pipeline robust, and share solutions we’ve implemented to overcome the obstacles many of us face on a daily basis.
Featured speaker: Thom Turner, International Justice Mission
Contact Reports (Or Really Anything) Designed For Results
Using a Contact Report business process redesign as a case study, this session will cover how to identify problems within business processes, designing solutions with achievable and measurable outcomes and implement the new processes with success. The session will provide an overview of how to interview stakeholders, design a solution by working backwards and how to establish measurable goals during the design process so that an implementation can have a measurable impact and save front and end users time.
Additionally, the session will include time to go through a guided design and implementation process in teams.
and we'll feature a panel of APRA-MD peers and a networking roundtable session!
