Strengthening the Partnership Between Data and Frontline Professionals

Co-Presented by Apra Maryland and AFP of Western Maryland

Sometimes, the synergy between data and frontline professionals can seem off. It is natural with the various perspectives we bring to the table. We can strengthen the partnership by recognizing and learning to find ways to reach a common shared ground.

Join industry experts Jenny and Doug Kleintop, each with over 15 years of experience in their respective domains, for this interactive discussion. Through real-life stories and practical insights, they will show you how to strengthen the working relationship between data and frontline fundraising professionals.

We also want you to be a part of this discussion! Come prepared to share your experiences, ask questions, and connect with fellow attendees through the live chat.

Learning Objectives:

1.     Identify and Address Common Challenges: Understand the challenges that often hinder collaboration between data and frontline professionals. Discover practical solutions to turn challenges into opportunities to strengthen the partnership.

2.     Understand Differences in Information Processing: Uncover the unique ways in which frontline and data professionals process and absorb information. Learn how to adapt your communication and approach to reach common ground.

3.     Discover the Art of Communication and Collaboration: Acquire actionable strategies to strengthen communication and collaboration between data and frontline professionals. Leave with valuable steps to forge a stronger partnership that translates into tangible, improved outcomes for your organization
